12-Inch Figure: DML SF Sniper Jason.

Pro Tech Helmet: DML US Navy SEAL Rick. Custom chinstrap made with a DKY mini fastex buckle and black 1/8” bbi web rifle strap.

Goggles: From 21st Century Toys Scud Hunter Figure.

Flight Suit: DML US Navy SEAL Rick. The 1:1 scale zipper pulls from the bottom of each pant legs were removed for a cleaner look. Added a bbi iron-on US flag to left shoulder.

Black Body Armor: From the In Toyz Black Tactical Vest Set.

UDT Life Preserver: bbi EF Force Recon “Sniper”. The yellow H-8 lettering was removed by scrubbing it with isopropyl alcohol.

SPIE Rig Harness: From bbi EF Delta “Striker” figure. The plastic locking “D” ring and fasteners are painted with black acrylic paint. This was an easy improvement of the cheap looking silver plastic.

Black Chest Harness & Buttpack: In Toyz-Delta Chest Harness Set. Added a “tri-glide” to the rear straps. This helps to keep the shoulder straps from falling off the shoulders.

Web Belt: bbi OD web belt with a large DKY upgrade fastex buckle.

Cloth Strobe Pouch: bbi USMC “Snake”. Added black button and glued the closure strap into proper position.

Double Pistol Mag Holder: Modified from the mag pouch from a DML shotgun vest. The pouch was cut off of the vest and a belt loop was added. A wash of black acrylic paint was applied.

Flash/Smoke Left Leg Drop-Down: This was modified from bbi EF Navy SEAL “Shark” triple mag pouch. Black buttons were added and painted black. The drop-down and leg straps were customized from bbi OD webbing and miscellaneous plastic hardware then Fabri-Tacked to the pouch.

Gas Mask Bag: DML Curtis Op Enduring Freedom Series.

Canteen: bbi repainted.

Knife: bbi SEAL Sniper “Hawkeye” with attached signal flare.

Coiled Pistol Lanyard: Custom made using bbi webbing, and Intoyz Rifle sling hook. The coil is made from 26 gauge solid core PVC coated wire and coiled by winding the wire around a straightened paper clip. The coil attaches with small heat shrink tubing.

Kydex Holster: DML “Perry” Marine Force Recon. Using only the holster a new drop-down and leg straps were made from bbi webbing and a DKY fastex buckle. The tension screws on the side of the holster are painted acrylic clear gloss to give the effect that they are made of metal.

Pistol: Intoyz SIG 9mm from the SIG Weapons Set. The grips are painted flat black and the grip screws are painted clear gloss. The lanyard ring is a small piece of 26-gauge wire about half an inch stripped of its PVC coating. Bending the wire in half around a paper clip formed a small ring. The mag was removed and a small groove was cut into the mag-well to hold the straight portion of the wire and the magazine was put back in place. The ring was then painted black.

Small Utility Pouch: Custom made from black nylon fabric, bbi webbing and fastex buckle. Put together using Fabri-Tac.

Carabineer Holder & Zip-tie Handcuffs: The black zip-ties are mini size zip-ties found at a Fry’s Electronics here in So Cal. Most hardware stores also carry this mini size. The long tips were trimmed off and the ties are fed in reverse for a quick release. The carabineer holder is made from 26-gauge Solid core wire and small heat shrink tubing. It attaches to the web belt with a bbi plastic carabineer painted black.

Knee & Elbow Pads: bbi LAPD SWAT lightly weathered with chalk.

M4: DML UDT SEAL Stan Stock version. Replaced sling with black web loop and bbi carabineer attached to loop on chest harness.

Neumann Tackified Sports Gloves: A custom Neumann black & white design was hand painted onto a pair of DML WWII gray winter bendable gloves/hands. Originally these were from the 1st DML anniversary “Hans” winter figure. Real webbing was also glued to the wrists for the tightening straps.
